I will be lying to you if I say 10. If you ask around any reputable body shop, there is no way to do a 100% match between bumpers and other metal body panels due to several factors such as polyurethane vs. metal. The way the paint material settles on plastic is different than that on metal. The different pressure that painters use also affect the shade.

This bumper is painted based on the paint code KT3, Sterling Mist. To my naked eye, it looks as close as it can be.

w/out blending in the rest of the car, this bumper will stand out like a clean piece of laundry. 2002-2003 painted car paint fades over the years. even brand new, same color on metal looks different than on plastic. so i wouldn't recommend a painted bumper. Don't mean to bash this sale, but just looking out for my fellow maxima owners.

sarcasm ? my point is that you'd be better off stripping it and selling it. or maybe someone if repainting their car, this would work for them too. Just trying to help out, nothing negative.

Again, thank you for your comment, but people has different prioroty and my friend would like to sell the bumper AS IS. It is not efficient and constructive to strip a painted bumper. Just for fyi, it cost $350 just to paint the bumper while the bumper itself only cost $150.

For those that wants to repaint have the bumper repainted, it's better off buying a brand new, unpainted bumper. Even without paint matching, I can say that this is about 80%-90% as close, using a 2000 Maxima for comparison. Car was sold before bumper was replaced.

Ive painted that color Kt3 on a few maxes using PPG and Sherwin Williams.Match was very good.Only difference was the gloss. Not saying this bumper matches perfect though.Just saying what Ive seen.
