FS 2000 SE Maxima wrecked in the rear

Yep I wrecked my Silver 2000 model SE Maxima. Everything from the rear wheels forward is just fine. It has 2002 model 18" alloy wheels (I got from another wrecked Maxima) with tires that have only about 6k. The running gear was not affected by the accident the engine and trans have 161k. The only thing I ever replaced on this car was the MAF, all 6 coils, and the starter. Really loved this car and I hate to see all the good parts on it go to waste. I would love for someone to just take the whole thing for about $1200, but I might consider parting it out.
