good selling price for my 2kSE ?
good selling price for my 2kSE ?
Ok... so I think I may do it and trade in my 2k SE for a 2k2 SE maxed out on lease since the payments should be about the same.
So here's the stats on my car. What do you guys think a good asking price would be? I'm thinking about selling directly rather than let the dealer screw me over on a trade in.
2000 Black SE with Frost Leather interior
All packages and options EXCEPT Meridian/winter package
so the full Bose 7 speaker system, moon roof, Nissan floor mats.
Added:
-17x7.5" MAS MGRs, 235/45 Nitto Extremes
-AE chrome door kick plates
-All original factory GLE wood trim (doors & center)
-Chrome factory GLE nterior door handles
-Electrochromatic auto dim mirror (like on AE's and 2k2)
-Nissan 6 disc CD Changer
-LoJack
29,200 miles, in excellent condition. Not one door ding! A little road rash on the lips of the rims. The only thing the car will need in a few months are new tires. There's about one more rotation left on them so about another 5000-6000 more miles after the next rotation at 30k (I've rotated every 5-6k). oh, and minor, but I changed out the blank plates for the seat heaters and replaced with coin holders (looks much better than those damn blanks!)
Kelly Blue Book lists it at $21,235 before my additions, but I've seen them selling for $23-24 online.

oh, and I'm in Los Angeles (not sure if that effects resale value).

I had a 00SE with the same options a couple years ago, it was $29k sticker, $24.5 selling price, and I sold it for $20500 after 9 months with 18k miles. Your going to have a hard time trying to get that much for it, when the much better 02s are "start at" $23k and have special financing.

Now private, i dont think you will get anymore than $20k tops. This is because of the new 2k2s and the special financing and your car at that many miles dont look to appealing to other people.
