BEL 980 --> Hook & Loop Fastener

For those that own BEL 980 series :

It is supposed to come with a "Hook & Loop Fastener"

What is this and how does it look ?
Is it another mounting device ?
I can understand windshield and visor mount - but this ???

Throw some light ?

hook and loop = VELCRO,

but they cant say velcro because it is a brand name like q-tips and cotton swabs.
