well i'm pretty sure they don't allow you to adjust the camber up front. many coilovers I've seen have this feature.

You might want to hold off on getting them until next year when more reviews come out.

I would save for the Bc coilovers or Jic's.

I know of one guy who had an issue with the shaft of his Nex Gen's. I think the shaft some how came out(pause)...

But a couple people claim the Nex Gen's are made by the company that makes coil overs for Jic. To keep the cost down they eliminated some of the features like dampening adjustments and pillow ball mounts. But don't quote me on that info as I have only read it once. Now Bc coilovers is a company that makes coilovers for other companies like Apexi, Greddy, and Megan Racing. The difference in the Bc's and the ones they make for other companies is the thickness of the piston.

I've heard nothing but good reviews from BC Coilovers. If I had the money I would get those.

i wouldnt say that. have a handfull of friends with different cars that have those springs and they ride nice. maybe not the best performance wise thats true, but they sure drop alot and perform good, i hade them myself on my 96 maxima with tokico blues and they were pretty close to stock ride unless ofcourse u hit railroads n stuff

And s-techs are indeed horrible lowering springs, regardless of how well they ride on smooth pavement. Hardly any suspension travel is left, and the springs rates aren't high enough to keep the car off the bump stops when it counts.

alright guys. so I read through about 9 pages on nycmaximas.org and several from google. I'm getting mixed answers saying you can adjust the camber on the NEX coilovers, yet they don't have camber plates on top? Can anyone confirm if you can adjust these (up front) and how that is done?? I'm looking to move my front camber toward the car about an inch.

I have a great idea, how about contacting NEX themselves? They'll tell you whether or not camber can be adjusted up front, and if so, how.

Front camber 'toward' the car 'about an inch'? Interesting description.

I just got some Nex coilovers too (used) but the instructions were not included. I was wondering if you needed to undo the coilover from the bottom strut bolt to adjust the height? Or can you adjust the height with everything still connected?

guess its just a matter of personal opinion. And personally theres nothing yet that convinces of them being horrible springs.

If you say so. The "horrible" thing might just be my own opinion, but the rest of my post was simply stating facts.

So how many times do you plan on evading the profanity filter?

Although I would never ever put s-techs anywhere near my car, that is irrelevant. This is not elementary school and evading the profanity filter in open forums is neither funny nor permitted here. Take a week off and think about that.
