need some quick help

Ok so i have a 2k i30 and i was wondering if anyone here can tell me how to reaim my headlights and foglights, if posiible. The reason im asking is because my headlights seems to be aimed to low that i cannot see a pothole before its too late for me to slow down or avoid going through it. So thanx in advance.

Pls if your not going to give me the directions and gonna tell me "search", dont post pls, thanks. I searched "headlight aiming" and got a bunch of resluts about cefiro lights, and ebay projectors. Thanks.

Park on a level surface and follow these directions http://www.coolbulbs.com/HID-VISUAL-...-PROCEDURE.pdf

There are two white gear looking things on the headlights. These are the adjusters, simply turn them until the beam conforms to the guidelines set forth in the pdf.

i don't think you can adjust fogs, there really would be no point in adjusting them, if you fix your headlights that should be good enough

Yes you can adjust the fogs, there is a 10mm bolt just like the headlights to aim them up or down.

ding ding ding, correcto. its located on the back side of the fog light assembly, to the side of the cap near the top. its on the right side for the driver side fog and left side for pass side fog. Make sure you use the FSM if your aiming, I think it was the car should be 10 feet away from the wall and that it should reflect 2 feet above ground on the wall. Verify with the FSM..

See the photo. I can't remember what size mm socket you'll need, but just play around with it. The headlight in the photo is upside down, but when it's right-side-up, the upper adjustment screw, near the top of the headlight, controls the vertical (up-down) beam alignment. The lower screw toward the bottom side of the headlight alters the side-to-side (left/right) alignment.
