12 sec Maxima Video - My first attempt at video editing

Considering it's my first try at editing one of my drag racing videos, I don't think I did that bad.
Plus, it's a very early trailer for Maxus 09.

The VE Auto did 13.7 all motor.I was just messing around with Windows Movie Maker. It is surprisingly easy to add music and text.

Vegas is impressive in its capabilities (V7 Pro is what I use)... maybe takes a little more to learn but it's just about professional level software..
Nice job....btw, my wife has been using WMM and apparently, the computer can get very sluggish or even lock up. It's happened to her a few times now and I haven't narrowed down the cause just yet though it seems to mainly happen when using pictures and creating slideshows....

This is your old run right? Just edited?
Question about your swap... when you have the vq35de installed in the 3rd gen will it be lighter then a 4th gen with a vq35de?
How is the auto tranny on the 3rd gen... any stronger then the 4th gens?
With those times i am assuming you have a tranny cooler.

My 92 Maxima SE weighed 3300lbs stock. So it's heavier than the 4th gen GXE by a good amount. With all things equal and same engine, it will still be a heavier chassis.
The 3rd gen SE (w/ VE30DE engine) has the RE4F04V tranny. The 4th gen comes with an RE4F04A (VLSD available in few models). The bolt pattern is different, but most of the internals have the same part number. So, it should be pretty much the same as the 4th gen RE4F04A. I wouldn't say it's any stronger than the 4th gen Maxima transmission. It should be built the same, but I am handicapped by it being several years older than the 4th gen trans, which usually equates to having more mileage (203K miles in my case). I don't expect my stock transmission to hold up much longer just b/c it's a tad old. But I will do everything I can to make sure I get as much life out of it as possible.
Yes, I have a tranny cooler.
Yes. It's the old run and my personal best to date; just edited.

If its the same as the 4th gen then it will handle the Vq35de easy
Your going to be a FAST 3rd gen tho... can't wait to see that run!
