Cold Track = No Traction, But still a new best time on the bottle

Tonight was my 1st time out at the track with the Nitrous, I had couldn't hook up at all on my 1st 2 runs so on my 3rd i gave it a slow Launch and didn't spray until second, heres the times

R/T ---- .405
60' ---- 2.433 (I know thats bad but i didn't want to spin on my last run)
330 --- 6.616
1/8 ---- 9.882
MPH --- 76.67
1000 -- 12.619
1/4 ---- 14.960
MPH --- 94.99

Here's the vid
(vs Mustang GT That ran 15.390)

Theoretically you should be able to run that sort of time stock if you're a 5-speed.

i don't have my purge hooked up, the fittings i need should be coming in monday, so i think there was most likely air in the lines that was not really helping, also i know i was getiting something because last time i went i ran a 15.3 with a 2.2 60' so i know i have more power, and also you cant tell in the vid but my friend that was with me said that you could see the the back end drop a second time when i fliped the switch and i could feel it to, but i really don't think i'm getting a full shot either

IMO Orlando Speedworld has always given me a hard time off the line. I can never get any traction either. Just keep working on your launch and you should see low to mid 14's soon. We are spraying a 75 shot wet on my buddy's Gsr, he went from a best off the bottle of 14.6 @ 95 mph to a 13.990 @ 100 mph. So with some work, you will get there. Soon we hope to get a bunch of ORG members at OSW, late Feb early March.

oh snap, i didnt even see that it was OSW. atleast you chose the faster lane. (i think the right lane is faster iirc). anyways, yeh, ur not really improving a lot in the second 1/8 mile like you probably should be, especially if you're on spray. so i dont know. and yes, ill be there early march.

If that was your 3rd run on nitrous, I highly doubt that you had air in your lines. Did you make sure that you have enough bottle pressure?

I was turning the bottle off after every run and there was a pretty long break between each, but i don't have my heater hooked up yet but i had blankets wrapped all around the bottle but it was it staying at about 800-850, which is a little low i know but sould it have affected it that much
