no. the alpine hu is paired with the mra-f350 which is a 5 channel amp (for a 5.1 system) that must be used with an iva hu. the 205 will control the ta/eq/crossover functions of the amp's built in digital processor. it also does 5.1 decoding among other things. the tld22 line driver is included to give the f350's weak sub output a little juice. you will need an additional mono amp and, of course, speakers for a complete 5.1 system.
