if your talking about the OEM 04 Wing , it has 5-6 holes that will need to be bondo , the spoiler is easy to take off but the sticky glue is a PITA.

well there are going to be holes so you will need to fill them in.

it is a PITA to pull them off , you will need a heat gun and carefully pry the spoiler from the trunk , you will see white small plastic clips that will need to be carefully pop out,

you should take the cover carpet off from the inside, just turn and pop those clips out.

and you will need some goo gone cause it will get messy and sticky.

It was a good half an hour well spent , then another hour installing and drilling holes for the 07 wing

The best thing to do is fine someone with a blk max that wants the chin spoiler and doesn't have one and trade. Way less work.

wouldn't a chin spoiler be under the chin aka front bumper?

or do you mean (rear trunk) spoiler?

Lip spoiler = lip like small spoiler on top of the trunk
Chin spoiler = tiny tip under the front bumper
