if you buy the lip from stillen.. it comes primered right?

 

It comes in natural black urathane with no primer.

 

I just bought it last friday and received it on Wednesday. They have free shipping for the rest of the month.

Yeah 250-280 depending on your paint color here in Jersey. But i did the spray paint route and it came out nice but i was using black though haha.

I paid $250 to get my whole Stillen kit primed, painted, and installed at a body shop...it was very worth it to me.

 

I could get it painted for about 200 here in Cleveland, Ohio but i also know thew guy so he gives me a huge discount every time.

 

I was told $450 here in B'more.

 

just for the lip, thats cause everything is inflated in town please let me know who quoted you that so I can know where not to go!

 

If you can come down to College Park, PM Squirrel82, his rates are much more reasonable.

 

$450 was for the whole bodykit, my mistake. I don't know of too many paint shops in B'more. Lochearn Autobody on Liberty road painted my side view mirror led lights and it was a perfect match, they do a good job. Maaco wanted $700 to paint the whole kit.

Did you guys use the screws or the rivets that came with the kit? Did you use the rivets in the wheel wells and the screws in lower vents?

 

I can definately do 100, I just ordered mine last night and its supposed to be here on the 20th. Thats in NY though, Hopefully I can get a deal down here in Texas.

for the guys that have them, how much lower is it from the bumper? i am going to go a little lower, and i dont want this thing ripped off!

 

I think its around or close to half an inch but not really sure about precise measurements. And this lip won't rip off easily since you can use the tough outdoor double-sided tape on some areas to secure it, and also securing it with the screws. they also come with rivets too but i didnt use them. Also on another note this lip will come off if you go off roading... don't ask

 

About half and inch lower near the tire, and about an inch lower at the very front. Keep in mind it sticks out about 2in forward of the bottom of the stock bumper.

 

$100 primed, painted and installed!!!! FTMFW!!!

 

+1 he painted 1sexyleo's lip (touring) ,rear valance and front and lower grille!!

damn all these ppl too far from me,.. comon someone in new england with a paint shop.. i know your out there ,.. you could paint me and scarface's kits at the same time, same color,.. and save/make a nice buck
