Where are the front impact/air bag sensors located?

Well, the questions says it all.
I am looking to find where the front airbag or impact, whatever it may be, sensors are located!?
And how do I get to them?

The reason I am asking is that my Air Bag light keeps blinking and the reset doesn't work anymore. I recently had my front bumper repainted, so the dealer may have taken it off and done something with the sensor, so I need to check it. (don't tell me to go to dealer and tell them, because it is too late)

Thank you

You need to be certified to work on Air Bags in cars. Don't mess around with that system at all.

BTW - There are no sensors in your front bumper. There pretty deep into the car's body. Thats so you wount deploy an Air Bag in a 5 MPH bumper cruncher.

These sensors measure force, they don't "get hit" to trip.
They are usually located near the strut tower on uni-body cars. Sometimes under the wheel well cover there is some frame work that sometimes houses the sensors. They are not in locations easy to get to.

Thanks for the info, I won't mess with that stuff then.
You have any ideas why my light keeps flashing and won't reset anymore?

Marry XMas, I guess I was VERY BAD this year since that is gonna cost a pretty penny!
Screw it, I am not gonna bother paying so much for it!
Anyone know how to disconnect the light, or better - TO FIX IT without spending all the money???

Geez, $750... you can buy half of Afganistan with that.
