I upgraded my 00 to leather, and still have the OEM cloth seat covers.

They are gray and in near perfect condition - I'd give them a 9/10.

The seat backs have perfect cloth, however the cardboard quality backing pieces are not perfect. It would be best mount my cloth to your existing backs, however these could probably be repaired.

$50 - a fraction of what a new interior or repair would cost you. Got any rips, tears, or cigarette burns?
