Try to find a used Stillen or other brand FSTB that doesn't sit low & rub on the EVAP canister purge control valve.

I may sell my Stillen FSTB, but not sure though.

u can get one for under 25-30. stillen is just a brand name and most of your money to buy one is for that "brand" name. make sure the bar has a curve in it, because what gismo-t is talking about can happen. first one i bought on ebay (returned it for refund) was a straight bar and would not fit in the natural space in the engine bay. it was the EGR that got in the way i believe

yep, that's the one. a little fyi, the easiest way to mount it is to take the brackets off, install them, then put the bar on. just so you don't waste time trying to adjust it then manhandle it onto the tower like i did. it's seriously like a 5 minute job, if that.

(sorry for the thread jack, bass)

that doesnt look like the one

it should be more of a flat bar than a round one
if seller confirms that the bar is not straight it should be ok
worst case u return the item...

its flat but it clears everything fine, its lifted up a bit via the mounts so the bar it self is straight

$120 picked up
or
$120 + shipping

hey bass, here's a few pics of mine installed. (NOT ONE WORD about my filthy engine bay, lol) the bar is very stiff, so it works just as well as any name brand brace.

installed
curve
and clearance
