This kit comes with everything but the egr block off plate & 2 throttle body bolts

when you say kit...

Aside from the EGR block off plate, is this everything I would need to do the swap on a 95'? Is this the upper and lower then?

Yes this kit comes with the upper & lower intake manifolds
