Mevi Question

I recently purchased an apexi neo. It is a mixture between the vafc and the safc.
Now to my question:
After I install the mevi and install the neo. Will the vtec option automatically work? What is needed to make it control the activation of the mevi. I know I will not need an rpm switch but since my ecu is not going to be reading the mevi how will the neo read it?

The AFC reads your RPM. You have to set the vtec switch on the neo to your desired activation point for the MEVI. This will have to be wired to an activation solenoid, to control the vacumm valve on the MEVI.

Thank You. So I should send a wire from the neo to the activation solenoid? or from the ecu to the neo?

The ECU has nothing to do with it.

You activate the MEVI with the NEO itself. Use the VTEC wire.

See the wiring diagrams on http://www.vqpower.com/v2/articles.php?article_id=50

The NEO replaces the Harlan RPM swith in this situation.
