PIcs of G35 rims?

Doesn't someone have 17inch G35 rims on their 3rd gen?

My searches weren't finding any good results.

I mean the older 17s that look like this:

thanks

Remember, coupe 17s are a little more concave than the sedan versions. So becareful about which ones you get.

Nevermind.

I missed out on buying them.

I would have had them, but the meet went longer than I thought on yesterday. Initially, I called the guy and I was scheduled to buy them at 3-4 p.m. Sunday afternoon. I called him as soon as I was done (about 4:30 p.m.) and he said he had to go to dinner at 5 p.m.

So, I was going to pick them up tomorrow (Tues) on my day off, but he emailed me just now and said that someone else bought them this afternoon.

I was actually thinking about test fitting them on the FX35. I want some extra wheels to run some dedicated snow tires in the winter. Not sure if they would fit that, but would have been fine for the Maxima. Besides, they had decent tires. Oh, well. Maybe next time.

I think I saw those. Was he really only asking $100 for all 4 with tires? Or was it $100/each?

what specifically is the concern about it.. too low of an offset causing fender rub?

sedans have more offset and less bbk clearance. maxima above has the sedan version. Chris's pic featured the coupe version (notice the brembo and spoke concavity)

ook. i thought there were 2 styles but i was never sure. the sedan ones are the 17x7+40mm right? which, with those you can easily put a 15mm spacer on and still be fine on the fender side. figure that would be OK for a bbk too?

If you're going to do that, get the coupes in the 1st place I guess.

that's the best way it seems. course then again, when is "do it right the first time" ever bad advice? know the specs for the coupies off the top of your head (17xW+Omm)?

It was $100 for all four and he said the tires were 50 percent. I wasn't even concerned about the tires. He also said they had no curb rash or bends. crap, crap, crap...I knew they were going to sell quick, but I had a shot and my timing was just bad.

17x7 40-45mm No bbk clearance for anything 4 piston. A Q45/13' cobra rotor might work.

I wish they made a "coupe" version of my Infiniti 17" Rims (for BBK clearance).

Thanks, but he isn't selling them for $100. Plus, he is in Oklahoma and the shipping would suck to Oregon.

I can easily get a set of G35 rims (almost any version) in the NW for somewhere in the $400-$700 range, depending on the rim, tires, etc.

but just cuz it's a good deal don't mean it's a good deal. i snagged some 17" chrylser wheels for $75 total, but had to have one un-bent (another $75) then came to find out the offset was too low and i had to have my brand-new tires put onto some higher-offset wheels (wheels $100, transfer another $100) so for a $75 set of wheels i paid $350 and have a set of wheels i can't use

Got these for $200 with 90% tread Michelins...Try Sacramento craigslist; find some rich-kid whose parents bought them new rims. You'll find alot of those in the Sacramento area.

well that just sucks.... I got the "find" and then I had to spend $600 for a set of good tires... so in reality it's $700... but my previous set of tires were on their way out and a full set for me is almost $500 anyway... so it was a nice $200 upgrade

Here's a set with good tires, it seems, for $375 OBO. Maybe an Orger can snag 'em
