Wish you were closer. I have two. One in the car and one already pulled. I've been thinking about trying to rebuild one myself, but not sure what I would be getting myself into.

That's why I need a backup one - so I can rebuild it. The one in the car right now works fine - but it's very high KM, so i'm expecting it to blow at any moments notice.

Is this a difficult rebuild? If not, I may give it a try. I don't have much to lose, it's not any good to me the way it is?

If you don't find a buyer for it, and you are sending it to the scrap yard, I'll buy the tranny off you, if you want to get some recapture.

I don't think it's that hard. Send me a PM if you are interested, and I can tell you what i've found. If I do it, I want to take photos and post it on the ORG. I'm going to do it, question is when.
