Windshield Replacement... (Cracked last night)

I have a 95 se.

Ok, so someone cracked my damn windshield last night by knocking the rear view mirror into it and the corner edge of the mirror cracked the windshield (at the force of a punch, accidental).

I'm guessing I'll need to replace the windshield, so I'm looking to see if any of you know any good places (good prices) or what experience you can offer with this. And perhaps what the general price range I should expect to be looking at for this. I haven't gone to any places yet as it's a Sunday - any and all input would be appreciated!

Thanks

IIRC it should be under ~$200, just call up an auto glass place and they'll come out and do it in your driveway.

Just did a quick quote on safelite.com, $204 before taxes down here.

Try getting a quote from some of these sites: http://www.google.com/search?client=...utf-8&oe=utf-8

I'll check those out, and wow I just got a quote from one place, he said "$375 for the price of the glass" and they have it in stock, didn't mention labor or anything. Said it would take 3 hours.

make sure they do it inside a shop and let it cure there - if cold weather. i got mine done for $160US with 3 months free rock chip repair.
$375 CAD seems high. shouldn't be more than $250 CAD - that's with a good warranty on glass and labor.

Just curious, you mentioned someone knocked the rear view mirror into the windsheild? If yours is broken I have a spare rear view mirror I could sell for very cheap.
