I tryed everything, tightened the belt, loosened the belt, nothing works. Mechanic said its coming from the A/C compressor.
Would it be a bad idea to just take out my A/C and use a smaller belt? My friend did this, the belt size he used is 060355 if you take out the A/C, and his squeeking is gone. Also my friend said with the smaller belt and no A/C the alternator gets more rotations because the the belt goes straight from the engine pulley to the alternator pulley, so the alternator puts out more power. Is this a good idea?

If you don't use your AC (and don't mind slightly reduced performance from the defroster) then sure, you can bypass the compressor.
Well I wouldn't take it out unless you're interested in weight savings, or just want to have less stuff in the engine bay.
