Should i notice diff. after changing my Spark Plugs?

Yesterday i changed MY Spark Plugs, PCV valve and oil to synthetic. I used OEM NGK plugs. Should i notice any diff. in performance, fuel economy, or smooooothness? I have 54k miles on it...

I did feel like it was pulling better on highway and i just came back from outlets and drove for 150 miles. I took out MPG and it came out to be 34mpg for this short 150miles trip. I am getting my fuel filter changed but i am not gonna do this myself...dont wanna go throgh hassle with my abs pump in the way...the guy is gonna charge me like 10 bux to change it since i have oem fuel filter with me.

Any more input on this would be greatly appreciated.
