I'm guessing your car was imported from canada?
Next time I go to the junkyard I'll check for one, but it won't be for awhile. So in the meantime good luck.

I think, although not sure, but you can't put a kph cluster in a mph car. I think I read that somewhere. Might want to do some research first.

That's incorrect. They are swappable and fully functional. I bought my 3rd gen in Los Angeles, and swapped clusters when i moved to Toronto. Unfortunately, I don't have a spare kph cluster for you, but I'm going to a local parts yard soon so I can grab one for you if I find one.

I had a Canadian VE once and installed a couple US clusters. Speedometers were inaccurate with both of them.

Not sure how that could be, considering they both use the exact same signal. It's plug and play for north american cars. The needle is driven exactly the same regardless of the mph/kph overlay on the speedometer.

The photo above isn't an SE model gauge cluster. Also, cutting any wiring going in to the cluster won't affect the cluster itself, because there is nothing hardwired in to the cluster, all the wires are plugged in to the cluster only. Which begs the question, why did these wires get cut instead of simply being unplugged?

I have an SE kph cluster for you. I will take photos shortly.

Righto. Here's a pic of my SE cluster. It's a 89-91 SE model. The difference being the 92-94 went to 240 km/h as opposed to 200. Neither speeds you will reach obviously, but I suppose 240 is more 'neato' on the speedo.

Let me know if you want to move forward on this.

Yeah it is in good shape. I hadn't cleaned it, just dusted it off. How about $25. Shipping to Oregon is $21.75.

If you have PayPal send payment to my account name: hadman [at] rogers dot com. And I will take it from there as PayPal provides me with your contact information. I have done hundreds of transactions for org members via PayPal with my 4DSC Decals. It's the most efficient way to go.
If you have any more questions send me a PM.
