Now, did you search ........

Ahhh ... there's a to this site ....

Really, you post a thread that says 'help' but give us NO information on what you have tried, looked into, messed with, or anything else for that matter. And you expect help .... haha

Need more info I think is the point here!

Check for any stored error codes. I suspect CPS being it controls injector timing.

Haha like the guys above said you need to provide a story for people to get some back knowledge first.

Just pretend like you were going to a shrink for your car and she asked you to tell her everything you did the day your car broke in detail. And that would be the info that technical folks around here need haha

If you're throwing codes and you don't check them, don't bother asking for help. You're ignoring what the car is trying to tell you.

Again, HOW DID YOU CHECK that the injectors aren't 'openning up' (sic)?

You pretty much didn't answer any of my questions. If you're going to ignore help, again, don't bother asking.
wow somebody's cranky today hu?

anywho.. do as the man says.. check the codes first...

Okay, again.

There are so many questions you are apparently refusing to answer, and information you're neglecting to share.

You obviously don't want to help us help you.

I'm done here.

If you did indeed check to make sure the injectors aren't firing by removing the rail and cranking, then check for power at the injectors, they should have constant 12v on the fat red wire, if not start with the eccs fuses under the hood, in fact you should check all the eccs and ecm related fuses everywhere first anyways. But of course, this is all assuming you read the codes, because if you didn't read the codes first before blindly replacing injectors you are.... welll, ok I'll play nice, but you can't just go about replacing parts.

Also, what on earth do you mean you re-did the timing? You yanked the outer cover off and reset the chains? Or do you actually have a '94 and you fuxored with the distributor?

So are you absolutly sure that you did the timing correctly??

It is very easy to skip a timing marking or skip a tooth ect ect. You should of mentioned this on your OP

I think you need to work on one problem at a time and fix it. First and foremost, pull codes! This is a given, if it's a senor (CKPS, CPKS Ref, CPS) then how are you going to figure it out without either checking codes or replacing the part ?!?!

I think you'll find this site very helpfull, but you need to answer questions in order for us to help you. The people who have been here a while really know their stuff about the A32 (Pmohr for instance!). Once you rub someone the wrong way and upset them, they may not be so willing to help you in the future. See my point?

As for your problem -
You took the TC off and aligned everything and put it all back together, correct? You say you have removed the fuel rail to check the injectors. You need to do as Kevin said and check the power to the injectors. There's a procedure for checking everything and if this happens, then do this ... and so on. The procedures are the only way to go about fixing the problem. They can ALL be found in the FSM - which btw, Pmohr was kind enough to like directly to it for us!

How long have you had this car. You mentioned that you had to redo the timing correct??

By chance did you hook up the fuel lines backwards????

The fuel coming in goes on the radiator side and the return is on the firewall side IIRC (its been years since ive actually seen a 4th gen fuel rail)

I would suggest you get a 95 ECU. I had the same shiz with my 96. someone swapped the engine with a 95 one and none of the emissions crap was there and I constantly had CEL and codes including the fuel temp. sensor.
