Front grill burger

finally i can post a thread..anyway did the 07 bumper swap, got the cmod grill from china, and just needed your thoughts, in particular about the burger in the middle...does it look better with or without. IMO they both look good, but i kinda like the finish with the emblem ...by a hair though!

i kind of like it on there because it kind if hides the rad/hood latch (or whatever it is) that you can see when looking through the grill...
I know someone on here changed the mesh with a more smaller pattern from home depot...

No logo on the front unless you blacken it and make it black chrome....then maybe...

My front logo is actually a REAR logo from a Japanese Nissan.

Than i may go to operatic and get hid kit, not sure what color tho. It seems 3000k is very popular nowadays.

shots were pretty much after i washed it. the bumper is freshly painted and i buffed the hood to try to match the bumper. I detailed properly last year.

I've kept it in good condition. The hazing is most probably swirls caused from washing/drying improperly (sorry to say) or polished incorrectly. Get your self a Porter cable PC7424 polisher and some polish and appropriate pads and take the day massaging your car

check out eshine.ca

There is a small gap where the 07/08 front bumper meets the 04/06 headlights. The 07/08 headlights are a slightly different shape but you DONT have to change the headlights. ALso check your PM!

Not to threadjack, but check out Autogeek.net, and get yourself a Flex machine. A little pricier, but will work much more quickly. Here are some shots of my wife's 07 Altima (majestik blue) after a round with the Flex, and some Wolfgang paint sealer

his setup is not a full conversion because he still has the 04-06 hood if you look at the body lines on the hood it doesnt match the bumper and when you change the hood I believe there is abit of a gap or overlay im not sure though....but im sure someone can chime in and take it from there also search it ive found it somewhere on this site b4..........................and no hamburger looks fine without it get some smaller mesh and some fogs.....looks good my friend +1 for you

The FLEX is a great machine. To save a few bucks, my site (carcaredepot.com) is running a 15% off FLEX buffer's sale. Coupon code is FLEX15. I also noticed a bunch of Ontario plates, we can ship to Canada USPS to save on customs/duties ... or if you are in the Vaughn area I can drop orders off (will be in town early August and around CAD Thanksgiving).

Triplet. I am wanting to buy this same grill. I have found it for $129 plus $45 for shipping (from China). Is this similar to what you paid? Sorry for the hi-jack....I like it with the burger.

I like it with the chrome emblem. It draws attention away from the fact the lines of the hood and bumper don't line up and it ties the front together with the headlights and forms a nice contrast to the dark color. A classier look. As noted above it also hides the latch.

I like it without because it is a bit more aggressive and with the dark color the mismatch lines aren't too noticeable anyway, so I think it works.

Do not smoke or darken the emblem. In your case, I'd just leave it off or go chrome.

Either way you can't loose, the cars great. I love the 07 bumper but just couldn't seem to pull it off myself.
