Hoses on passenger side of trunk inside body??

So I noticed my rear passenger side body panel is rusting out, and also noticed a couple rubber hoses hanging where there used to be metal. I think one or both of them where connected with some kind of flange to the metal that is now gone.

If you open the trunk, inside to the right (passenger side) is a compartment that I believe is supposed to hold the jack. You cant see the hoses there, but that is where they are basically...

So if you go under the car and look at the bottom of that compartment, which on my car is totally rusted out so I can see up in the compartment, there are two hoses.... They go up, but not in to the trunk as far as I can tell...

I just need to figure out what they are and what I should do with them...

I posted a different message about what to do about a replacement panel...

One is for the antenna, the other is a drain for something else.

I mention them in my antenna replacement video.

What do you mean 'what you should do' with them? Hook them back up properly.

probably the drains and probably the reason it is rusting if they aren't draining properly.
