yeah, those headers fit 00-03 maximas, whether they are cattman or OBX

well seeing that i kinda jumped out there let me be first to back out lol... these must be the version1 obx's... that merge is veeerry skeptic... to the OP i'd still install the system 85% of the power from a 00-01 is from the Y so eliminating your cats in your Y will see gains... really and truely if you get a shop to redo that piping to where it kinda flows into the Y as oppose to just going straight in you would probebly add an extra 10hp

 

I agree, try installing them. Now that people know what they are, you may have trouble selling them for the price you stated.
