It used to be $85, we dropped the price on it because we could, while others are still charging more for 33% lower output lights.

These will not burn any stock wiring or harnesses.

So the 6000k 35w kit will roughly be the same color as the 8000k 55w?

 

And the 55w 8000k will have better light output then the 35w 6000k right? Sorry I'm a newb to lighting.

 

yes, that's correct.

That's also correct but not noticeable unless side by side it's hard to tell that the 8000K 55W is brighter.

 

Bulbs are only $40 shipped as well.

 

How much for a 5000K H9 kit to 20706
Also whats the exact output of the 55 watt kit.
Many aftermarket kits input 55 watts but using the output wattage is a lot less.

 

Sorry for the delay. We don't have exact raw numbers on this, only side by side tests.

The 55W is significantly brighter than the 35W counterpart.
THe cost is $65 shipped for the 55W.

Others on this site are getting you $60 HID kits for 35W power, why not get 33% more output for $5 more?

 

pm'd umnitza minor issue with one ballast.

 

You have 2 choices
1) you can do a hi/lo bulb with harness - that would be $65 for the pair with harness.

2) You can do another HID kit + 9007 hi/lo Dual D2S 6K bulbs - that would be $190 more. that's a $65 kit but the bulbs are $125 for the pair.

anyway $50 is not a huge loss, I think the higher wattage was too much for the conversion wires i had for my Bi-xenon projectors i found the fuse had blown weld itself together and it had melted, i believe that blew the ballast. since these are my main headlights i cant risk not being able to drive at night in my DD so im going back down in wattage.
