Auto 3.5 swap 13.88@101

Well we took it to the track one last time to see if we could get some better times and we did. This is my first time taking it down the track, the old times were with her driving. I got 4 runs in and 2 of the slips are in the car.

Run 1
14.4@97 2.3 60'

Run 2
14.0@99 2.1 60'

Run 3

Run 4

The first run we were on the stock cat back and the others we ran an open ypipe. The car weighed 3220 with me in it. Mods are Ebay headers, Ebay ypipe, NWP Block-off plate, JWT ECU, PFTB, cone filter on the MAF and we were on street tires. Removing the exhaust really opened up the car up top so we'll be putting a cutout on until we get a catback. AUTOS FTW lol.

Did you manually shift past stock limiter?

Yeah I do. The first run I accidently shifted at 6k from 1 to 2 and 7.1 from 2 to 3. The second run I went from 1 to D(got to excited lol) so it shifted around 6k. The other runs I shifted it at 7200.

Sucks we have to give the ECU back LOL. It was kinda scary revving the car that high. Hopefully we'll be dyno tuning with her VAFC-II in NYC next month.

Yeah I should have unplugged it during those runs. Didnt even think about it. I'll probably be hooking it up to a switch soon.

I forgot to mention all the seats were in and the spare was in the trunk and I had a few tools in the car also. Basically no weight reduction.

Damn AJ, mighty impressive! I've never understood how people can manually shift an auto so fast and accurately at redline, but you seem to have it down, congrats!

thats preety good for auto i guess.. my friends 03 auto titanium edition, every option avilable for a maxima, wit no weight reductions what so ever trapped high 101 before his built valve body.. he's basically right next to me from a roll.. i have a good feeling he'll be seeing some mid to low 13s in that car with weight reduction and some good rubber
