went to the junk yard today.....

and I found something I would love to have gotten, if I would had had the cash.
I found a 96 maxima, 5 speed, beige lether, with lots of options. there was no physical damage to the car, so Im thinking it blew up. It was also a color ive never saw on a maxima, it was the dark emerald color that is almost black. Seemed like a good car, would have been awesome for a parts car. If only I would had had the cash.

*Anyone know what color that is?? A member here has an I30 that color
*Also I no **** about 5 speed cars. Why could I move the shifter without the clutch pressed, without any grinding? Everything was there, nothing was taken yet

While the car is off you can pretty much put it in any gear... nothing is spinning for something to grind... I know I can do it w/ my car (in regular conditions) and other cars too....

Couldve been a Cash for Clunkers car. I saw lots of those at the junkyards a few weeks ago.
Color code DP0, Black Emerald. Thats what color My I30t is. Hated it at first, but damn it looks good all cleaned up.

Damn near impossible to photograph and be able to see the green. Hell, I had the car for 3 months before my kids even realized it wasnt black.
