50,000 miles
50,000 miles
Well I just passed 50,000 miles in my 5th gen. I bought it in july when it had about 41 thousand on it. It feels great. I think it's itching for some new mods. (anyone in the DFW area want to sell a y-pipe?) Just bought an engagement ring so money will be freed up for mods again. Needs new transmission fluid and the clutch isn't as tight as it should be but..... It runs perfect. Only concern is brake squeal. Had thepads changed about 3 thousand miles ago and they started squealing again. I am running metal matrix pads though so that's probably the case..... Oh yeah a taillight is out as well. If anyone sees a 5th gen on 15 inch steels in the DFW area with a tailight out...... its me.

Look on Cattman.com for pictures, the YG-5 (model I have)looks different from the ones there. CA Spec don't have the front curved part. Oh and you can get the gaskets from them too or your nissan dealer. I still have the gasket that goes against the cat. I'll include that too and mounting bolts. You have to reuse some of the old bolts.
