well i bought another 5.5 yesterday

Well after months of wanting to sell my maxima and get something different i end up buying my cars twin yesterday. 2003, has 90k miles, only difference is black leather and heated seats. Hopefully it runs good, What do you guys think for $2650? i guess i have a soft spot for black 5.5's. As much as i dislike certain things about my car i just couldn't pass this one up. If only it was a 6 speed...

Needs a few parts, some body work, front windows tinted, and some TLC but i think it'll be a good car for the money. Now i need to sell my other rebuilt 03. Any takers?

If you like it, I love it! My only concern is the massive gouge in the right rear quarter panel that goes up to the back door. The price is excellent if you can live with those things. Any mechanical issues, that you know of? I see it has the Meridian Package with heated outside mirrors. Keep that in mind when you replace your passenger side mirror.

Doesn't look too bad for the price. Not only does it have the Meridian package, it also has the Titanium package(noticed the trim around the a/c and radio). Just a side note, not all Meridian's have heated mirrors. Maybe just the northern ones. Mine doesn't, but it has the memory seat on a 6spd which I heard was uncommon. Nice find though.

No idea on mechanical issues, crossing my fingers that it's sound. First i'm going to replace the headlight and the side mirror and then straighten and paint the body when it warms up. (I'm an autobody tech/ painter)

Now i need to decide if it's worth it to take off my hotshot headers to install on this car. Either leave the stock manifolds on or try to find another brand. what's still around anymore? what happened to the OBX headers second or third version? i can't seem to find them anywhere.

More than likely i will just sell my hotshots with my car. I really don't think it's worth the time and frustration of doing 2 header installs again.
