Hello Fellows, I am new to this Forum, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have recently replaced alternator in 97 maxima GLE. And now it is making loud squeeking noise when you start engine however, it doesn't stop it does slows down a little while driving. I took it to mechanic and he replecd pulley and 2 belts but noise is still there. He is now suggesting to change AC compressor, I am not sure what to do it is very costly and do i really need to replace compressor. Does anyone else had this noise issue. Please help. Thanks alot.
