The USPS tracking number does not show any activity. Did they lose the package or has it not been shipped yet?

I dont think they lost the package. I have definitely shipped it although I cant remember if I dropped it off on the 2nd or if I ended up having to wait until Monday the 4th. If you dont have it by the end of the week then something is wrong, but it should be there any day now.

I went up there today and they couldnt tell me much. He said they were definitely shipped out from there. Due to the holidays when I sent them out, I still think we are within a reasonable time frame by the p.o. standards, so I wouldnt worry just yet. On top of that, I've never actually lost anything in the mail and I've been shipping/receiving things regularly for 5+ years.

Do you know what the number to your local post office is that would be receiving the package?

I went to the post office today. There are no packages for my name or address and there is still no activity on that tracking number.

The local post office is 11 Norwood St Everett, MA. (617) 381-1016

Are you 100% sure that you no longer have the traction bars?

Yes, I distinctly remember going to the p.o. and handing them to somebody. I'm very conscientious, trust me. I went to my p.o. today and they weren't really any help but I made sure that it definitely wasnt still there. I also called up USPS and they are now going to start looking for it, I have a case # etc. The woman said it takes 2 business days to get a response so I imagine by monday or tuesday we should have some kind of conclusion.

I dont see why that paypal dispute was necessary. You never even asked me for a refund before you filed the claim. So what happens when you receive the traction bars, are you going to send me the money again?

The fine people at the local post office assured me that there was no way they had a package for 3 weeks and hadn't scanned it. I made the mistake of actually listening to them.

Nothing to worry about. No money is refunded unless the dispute is escalated to a claim. I closed the dispute, check your paypal account, nothing should have happened.

Wait, what are you saying? They had the package?

I made the mistake of shipping parcel post and a lot of times they dont scan the packages when you ship that way. I will be back later to figure out what happened with paypal, it looked like they took money from me.

Okay so you have received the traction bars now, right? I just checked the shipping it says they were finally delivered 2 days ago. That is a relief.

Yes, I received the traction bars. I put a note on the paypal dispute when I closed it. I figured that paypal would forward that out to you, but that would make too much sense. I'm glad this is resolved.
