IMHO, you sell it to the first person that contacted you via PM or post in this thread. Seems pretty simple and I have done this before with good results.

to those who question my post.... if the thing doesn't power up, then it COULD be the circuit logic board which is a PITA to change. (damage from getting water on it) But the battery is easy. So yeah, ummm valid question.

As for the auction type listing now, ummmm. I would just do ebay.
