Wanted 2K2 or 2K3 SE interior Swap

How is everyone? I'm looking to do an interior swap to leather for a 2k2. I currently have dark grey cloth. I have no idea how to even go about this or whether it would even be worth it. Any advice from people who have done this. Greatly appreciated.
Jon

do you want to upgrade to leather? if so check your local junkyards, or maybe find a [place that does cloth to leather conversions

problem with junkyards. dont expect to find anything in pristine condition. **** is beat on, rained on, and greased on. best bet is to find a local crashed car...clist??
or go the route of reupholstering.
where are you located?

yeah, but its SO much better looking! it feels better too, i hate trying to move on cloth, its like nails on a chalkboard feeling...

jl7288-contact local insurance companies to see if there have been any totaled maximas recently, its not something I've ever done, and I dont know if they would release any kind of info like that, but its worth a shot... I know the minute I find a max with black leather interior, I'm buying the whole car to swap from grey interior to black...

I had tan leather interior and swapped to black heated leather. I found a deal I couldn't pass up on a whole car so I had all parts on hand. The swap itself is pretty cut and dry, even replacing the dash is pretty simple. Let me know if you have any technical questions.
