I also want to note that the latch is not included with the armrest. It is as simple 2 screws to swap from another one.

Correct, both are from Redline. 15 shipped for just the armrest cover. 30 shipped if you want the e-brake boot too.

Ive been told the armrest cover may be 95-96 specific. I wasnt aware there was a difference in armrest sizes between the years.

Screw it, I'm keeping this thing and cutting it up for a custom project in another vehicle.

As of now all of the leather pieces are still available though.
