Ohms for IAT...and where is the FSM link

hey guys i have been searching does anyone know what the ohms should be for the IAT or how to test it ?

and where is the link to download the FSM?

What year FSM do you want or all 4th gen ones? I think I read that Pmohr had his link removed due to copyright infringement.
