Recommendations on best glass cleaner (for those pesky water spots)
I've got a white 09' with the dual panel roofs so at lot of dark glass on top. I'm looking for some good recommendations on the best stuff out there to clean the exterior glass on a 7th Gen. I tend to get these water spots that won't wash off and can get pretty noticeable (to me at least) if left untreated. I dry my car most of the time, but if I'm getting home late at night and it's raining, it will dry on the car in the garage, etc. I used to have some glass cleaner that was kind of the consistency of lotion and did a good job, but it took a lot of rubbing. Just trying to see what the best current products are for this.
Thanks in advance!!

stoners invisible galss and a few microfibre towels is my goto glass cleaner/towel choice...
if theres water spots on the windows ad there not comming off you may need to try using a claybar on the windows...it should help pull the deposits off the glass
if that doesnt work then you would have to step it up to polishing the glass using a rotary or DA
if you have questions about anything in this post let me know and ill try to go into more detail...(i love detailing)

Meguiars NXT Generation Glass Cleaner is awesome. Use a microfiber or a terry cloth towel and you won't be let down.

Autoglym glass polish. Hm. I'll have to give that a try. I was gonna just go ahead and use my Autoglym SRP but the glass seems more appropriate. thanks for the product recommendation.
Sorry if I came across sounding like a **** as I certainly believe that straight up water and a microfiber can lead to a clean, streak free window but we're talking about water spots here and straight up water won't do the trick on those pesky little bastards.
Agreed. Also if there is any trace of anything on your windshield you are now grinding it into your windshield with little to no lubrication. Window scratches might not be the most noticeable thing but they are there and they do not come out easy.
Check out the Duragloss line of products. I recall that they have a glass cleaner that takes some elbow grease, but really takes the water spots off. It seems like you'd need something with some grit, as the water spots are mineral deposits.
Best Glass Cleaner and safe for tint
Cassady & Self makes their own glass cleaner. This stuff is safe for tint smells good, makes chrome shine, and comes out in a cool foam. Here is a link to the company but you have to ask about the cleaner. http://www.cassadyandselfglass.com/feedback.htm
