comfortable tires for 18x7.5 rims..opinions please.

ok. ive been reading the threads and fitment issues and the quality of tires.. some users use 235/40/18s.. some use 225/45/18 and some use 225/40/18. i have 225/40/18 right now.. cause i have a 2" drop on megans springs w/kyb agxs. to me they ride kinda of hard. i have lexanis. it could be the quality of the tire but i also wanna fill da wheel well a little more. i dont kno wat size tire will give me more filling of the da wheel well and a comfortable ride.. i would appreciate if yall give me ur opinions and help. thanks in advance...

I went from 225/45 to 245/40's and felt a nice improvement.

I have the g35 18x8, so I'd think 7.5 would be fine. I dunno what the offset is.
