Steering Wheel Feels Like Its Sticking!

i have an 04' maxima sl..just hit 100k....When you go to turn the steering wheel it feels like it sticks and is hard to turn sometimes..Any ideas?

you check the steering fluid?

lol yeh..and the bbelt to see if it was loose.
