second o2 sim, Still not working with pics, Help ASAP!

It's the second one i'm on. Just ordered it and got it tonight, figured the first one just crapped out on me. Anyways, Ground black to ground black wire. Red wire off o2 sim to the red/yellow before harness on green o2. 1 of the white from the o2 sim on the green harness connected to the other white that leads to the ecu, and the second white wire on the o2 sim on the Blue harness leading to ecu.. Sorry about the pics, but wtf! Why isn't this working!

Edit: o2 sim light isn't on. Cel is off for 20 miles so far. First one was wired exact same and was blinking than randomly stopped. I got a new o2 sensor (which is why first one still threw a code, yet was functioning) and wired in the new o2 sim..

There is a fuse for the o2 sensor. The fuse box for it is located on the inside of the car underneath the steering wheel on the left side. Check the fuse for it. I thought my o2 sim went bad n ordered a replacement, and the second one didn't work either untill i checked for the fuse and it was blown. I replaced it and it started to blink. Now i have an extra one.

No flash at all.... It's wired in and tucked under engine cover now, REset ecu and drove for 20 miles. No cel light, yet. Hopefully it stays away. Last time it would reset after about 2 miles so i'm assuming this is a good sign, I'll check the o2 fuse in the a.m.
I'm assuming this is hopefully my problem too. I'm 99% sure I wired it in correctly.
