I bought this catback about 3 months ago from Custom Maxima. It had some rasp with test pipe and headers/Y-pipe, so I deleted the test pipe and added an extra magnaflow resonator in its place to quiet things down. It is all 2.5" ID.

Incidentally, this catback is guaranteed to have no rasp even catless and has a built in test pipe... so you're going catless! Again, this catback will bolt directly up to your stock or aftermarket Y-pipe... no test pipe or cat is needed.

I will also include the original flange/section so that it could just be welded back up as it was originally if you want to use a cat converter. An exhaust shop would do this for ~$20 and you could easily sell the magnaflow resonator for more than that.

I bought this for 250 new, then installed a ~$100 magnaflow resonator on it, but I am only asking $200 picked up!!!

Here are some sound clips on a fully bolton/tuned Maxima. It sounds a little different revving because of the lightweight flywheel. This is easily the best sounding exhaust setup I've ever had on my Maxima... Even the 3" doesn't have enough resonator to sound like this.

Keep in mind it will sound much deeper and more mellow with stock headers/Y-pipe. This is with cattman headers/Ypipe.

Haha yeah I know Im a little far lol. But Im on the island, not upstate! So its a little closer. I can understand not wanting to drive though haha. The trunk has two scratches in it that Im going to have to get out, it wont be as easy as compounding though. I can send you pictures if you want.

Well most of the money that I dumped into this is in the B-pipe. I could do about 165 for just that part, and hopefully someone will pay 35 bucks for the axleback.

 

Would you trade my b-pipe (exact same) that way you can still sell a full catback. I'll also include test pipe and than add the difference on top?

 

I guess I could trade for around 60 dollars with your test pipe included. You can use my floor jack and jack stands to do the swap, but bring your tools. I think I have 2 gaskets sitting around that you could use if yours aren't good to reuse.
