wiper, clock, radio, and cig plug stopped working

Usually they work fine. But sometimes when I start the car, the wiper/clock/radio/cig plug don't have power. If I turn the ignition off, and start again, most of the time that would fix it.

AC/gauges/interior lights work fine all the time, no problems.

Today during driving, they shut off. Wipers stopped working when it was raining out. Had to pull over to restart the car, yes, they came back on.

I checked the fuses, and noticed the problematic ones are all marked ACC. So I tried to locate a relay or something like that to see if it's gone bad. But didn't see any. There's a box near driver side headlight that should be just fuses if I am not mistaken. Seems fine.

Any idea/inputs? Thanks.....

95% sure it is your ignition switch. It needs to be on to have the the wiper/clock/radio/cig plug working. If you play with the switch those functions probably start working. Ignition switch is cheap and easy to change. If the ignition switch does not fix the problem it's the accessory relay although that is much less likely the cause. This is not a fuse problem.

Try playing with the switch. If the power starts working properly or cuts out when you play with the switch than that is the issue. If its not the switch locate your accessory relay and see if replacing that helps. No guarantees, just trying to help.

the OP has not been on this forum since 2012 so you probably won't get an answer from him.

This is the ignition switch for sure, this is an very common issue, the contacts within don't make proper connection hence the reason they work sometimes when you slightly turn the key back,
