NEW PICTURES----Air Bag Suspension COMPLETE!!!

Sorry I couldn't post em here.. I tried cardomain and they wouldnt allow me to upload anything and you cant link geocities images for some reason, so here is the directory.. all file names are self explanitory..

http://www.geocities.com/thebigsadler/bagged/

The fronts still have to settle out and will sit just like the rears.. the trunk is getting redone starting next week.. 700$ to make all my JL stuff and the air tank look nice and clean..

Measured.. 3.5 inches of clearance in the front now.. and 1.5 inches from bottom of the exhaust.. sits about 14 inches off the ground when it is all the way up.. i did hand measurement with that.. thumb to pinky.. so it isnt exact

That is...

so cool. How much was that whole set up? Can you drive at all of the heights, and switch heights while driving? Looks sweet.

Re: That is...

questions questions...

-the geocities site regulates the amount of people viewing the page.. if someone has a server i can house those 16 pics i'll send em over, just keep retrying the site if not.. it works.

-i can drive slammed.. it's rough on the tires cuz the bow in somewhat and anything more than a quarter turn of the wheel and i rub..

-takes about .00035 seconds to go from SLAMMED to 4 x 4.. so it is very fast and i can do it at any speed no matter what and i can drive any height i want..

-paid 1800.00 from Alex@southwestautoworks.com and installed it all myself..

Someone just asked my question...

I have thought about doing this to my max, but I love my suspension and its handling capabilities. How does your car handle now with the air bag suspension. If I can have some handling I will be riding on air soon, very soon!

handling = poop

just kidding.. it's not as tight as intrax/tokico/stillen fstb was.. but i need to get an adjustable rear sway bar and i should be back into snugging the turns.. it's hard to make sure that i dont rub the fenders when i turn, that's the big issue with bags.. making sure you are up high enough

i am eventually gonna get the car aligned, balanced, and roll the fenders so that i dont have to worry about anything..

thanks for all the compliments and i am home now with no access to a fast computer so i cant switch over the images.. i guess just keep trying to copy and paste the link.. sorry
