Pretty self explanatory. Intended to be used with ORIGINAL Stillen kit.

Those of you having difficulty passing smog without this, here is your chance.

Register your car in another state or out of town. This emissions **** is getting out of control. Or just pay off the person doing the inspection

The county I live in requires you to pass an ECU scan, fuel cap pressure test, and they check for cats on your car. Two counties over, where my old school is, they don't even require catalytic converters. Just that your car passes the OBD-II scan.

Guess where a lot of people that I went to school with register their cars.
