2 alignments later and it still pulls right!!!

EDIT: How urgent is replacing the beam? With the given specs on the sheet below, and the fact Ive driven like this for about a year now with no visible signs of uneven tire wear, should I be really concerned or dont fix it if it aint broke?

I TRIED SEARCHING ALREADY So when i got my max about a year ago it pulled to the right a good bit. I took it for an alignment and it seemed to make it a little better. I just got another alignment done yesterday, tires rotated, and got the rotors turned, and it still pulls right!!! Everything feels nice and solid with the steering but it still pulls. Anyone else have this problem, or know anything that may fix it? Thanks in advance

actual before specified range
cross caster -0.2 -0.2 -0.8
total toe 0.20 0.21 0.09

Try rotating your tires. If the alignment shops are just making sure everything is in the accepted range then they might not be doing anything to help your problem. If your tires are not irregularly worn and your suspension components aren't bent or worn out then usually it's just the camber adjustment. It has to be equal on both sides, not just "within spec".

Im speaking from personal experience. Every 4th gen Ive ever drove (around 15 cars) have all had slight pull to the right. Nothing major but if you let go of the wheel, its not long before you cross the white line

Several years ago i had that same thing happen to me, I got a set of new tires (4) and when i took it out on the road i could hardly keep it on the straight and narrow, took it back and they checked the alignment, it was ok, they swapped front tires and it went the other way, swapped the front an back and the problem went away,The tire store (goodyear) was going to let it go at that, they fixed it, but then when i got to thinking about it had them put 2 other tires on the front, (they hated me for all the tire swapping that they had to do, but if i got one or two bad tires on the back and when it come time to rotate them the problem would end up on the front again, but any way the dealer said that it was "radial pull" never heard of that but after i got the new tires all was ok. so may have them do a bunch of tire swapping and maybe you got the same thing i had.

Odd, up until my control arm bushings rotted away, my car stayed straight... Now it pulls left, right, up and down, etc....

Still waiting on that alignment sheet....

I think its just the crown on the road. I just got alignment and my car pulls with the crown, either left or right.

Yeah, condition of the road and being level is extremely important.

Well, unevenly used tire would do that also but my input is that i alligned mine twice and the 2nd time I was asked by the mechanic if my car had been in an accident...
It indeed was (right front in a wall) , and cuz of that they couldn't get the toe angle or camber the same as the left one so they did what they could and my car is still pulling right a little bit, really not that much.

It could be irregularly worn tires, or a bad rear caliper. Thats my problem at least.

I had new tires put on last fall and the car pulled to the right afterwards. Didn't do it before. Took the car back several times and all they ever did was check the alignment and tell me everything was fine, although they admitted the car pulled because they drove it.

Its about a year now and the car just barely pulls to the right on a high crowned road. The tires were the cause but at least the wear on them "fixed" the problem.

Mine ended up being bent rims, get your tires re-balanced and check if the rims are still true.

Seems nobody picked up on the problem, it's on the print out.

Your right rear is out of spec. It's towed outward or going to the right.

Spec is -1.8 to -.3 and your at +.32, it's way off and that will definately cause steering issues. Your car is actually doing the crab down the road.
To correct that, you'll have to find a replacement beam.

+1 as I know the rear wheels are fixed and not adjustable as far as I know.

wow thanks for the info. do you know how much might that cost me for parts and labor? just checked car-part.com and it lookds like 200+ for a used one. Does this sound right? anybody have a part number, or know how long a mechanic might do this in? sorry for all the questions, any help is appreciated.

Correct, and I think the problem has been established. I just need to know some opinions on how urgent this repair is
