Yellow plugs? How do these look to you guys?

Yellow plugs? How do these look to you guys?

Here is a plug from Bank 1




Here is a plug from Bank 2



Notice bank 2 seems to a bit darker, a little more brown, but still has some yellow. The yellow seems to be on the back of the white insulator too. Also notice how the back of the electrode is wearing more than the front. Is that normal?

Bank 1 seems to be much whiter and more yellow. It is a lime green/yellow color. Any ideas?

Plug 2 looks like the spark plug grommet needs replacing. You have oil on those threads...what other cylinder has oil on the threads if any??

not sure where the yellow came from. Other than that they look fine to me. I seen lots worse where electrodes are seriously deteriorated
