Information on the 2011 is now available at Nissan USA
Toured through the Nissan Website today, and found that they have released the information on the 2011 Max - give it a look - I did and not much has changed...
I noticed from a couple of pictures that the front grille is now mostly black and it seems also that the front headlights got some black outlines inside(or i could be wrong) its kinda hard to tell in some of the pictures.
^ Ur Right! Not much as changed!

Yep. Nissan made a press release back in July telling us the only noticable exterior change would be the darker grill and headlamp borders, and the change would only be on the SV with Sport package. That press release was posted here, but has dropped off the front page.
Nissan changed their site back in mid-August to show 2011 Maxima information because that was when they began shipping 2011 Maximas to dealers. That was also posted here, but has also dropped off the front page.
The 2012 'half-gen' should arrive next June or July, and although it will look similar to the 2011, will have more significant changes both internally and externally..

I think the reason for no real changes is the current economy. Cars are not flying off the lots like the way they use to. So I guess they figured why have all these 09's and 2010 inventory just sitting at dealers if they make a drastic change in Hp and exterior.
One other change that my sales guy told me is that on the 2011, they removed the audio/AC control option that was available on the rear center armrest.
I posted somewhere here that the 2011s became configurable on the Nissan website early this week-Tuesday or over Labor day weekend.

Yes, that combined with the fact Nissan seldom makes significant changes to the Maxima except for the 'half-gen', which will be the 2012 model arriving 9 or 10 months from now, and redesigns the body style only with the initial release of a new generation, which should be the 8th generation 2014 arriving in spring of 2013.
My wife and I will appreciate that more than words can say. Our granddaughters, on the other hand, will be greatly disappointed.
Flipping that button always evoved a loud wail from our granddaughters as they suddenly realized global warming (or cooling) and Hootie and the Blowfish were no longer under their complete control.
Any temperature control or audio volume control in the rear seat console should only control the air and audio volume going to the rear seat area. Unfortunately, current auto HVAC and audio systems are not yet made with that flexibility, so the effect of the rear seat passenger controlling the temperature and audio volume was often more pronounced on FRONT seat occupants than it was on REAR seat passengers. NOT GOOD.

Just took a look at the interior pics on the Nissan site and not sure if they showed in the web pics for the 2010 or not but it looks like they might have stopped putting all the tacky logos on the radio panel. DVD, DIVx, etc... How I would LOVE to get those things off. The one thing that, in my opinion, really cheapens the look of the console... If it was a separate panel I would be trying to order one in a heartbeat
