I purchased the Upper IM + Lower IM + elbow from him. I private messaged him about how much it would be shipped to my house. He gave me a price for all three items, I sent the payment. It took him a few days to ship it out (which he apologized for) and when I received the item, it was only the Upper IM and elbow. I bought this from him because I wanted a complete set so I could gut it at a later time. I have no use for the Upper IM since I have an extra one laying around already, only good this would do is that it's polished. Once I opened the box and saw the missing Lower IM, I private messaged the seller and he has yet to reply. I since then sent him a message again twice more and still nothing. He logs on but ignores it. So today I filed a dispute with paypal and we'll see what happens. I just posted this thread to warn others.

Hmm that's weird, his thread is deleted for some reason. The title was something like "5.5 garage sale".. A lot of his threads disappeared for some reason

I started a dispute with him on PayPal and he actually replied! (I was suprised). But just today he refunded me $20 bucks which I guess is better than nothing, and he wants me to delete this thread lol.. I'll post our converstation from paypal on here later (too tired right now).

For some reason when I look at the closed case, it won't show me all the messages.. It's only showing the last four messages, but heres the gist of it:

I ask for partial refund, or full refund and I return everything that I recieved. He wants me to send him the items first (after he already scammed me). I say no because I'm not at fault, he is. He wants me to delete this thread and he eventually refunds me $20 bucks.
