••ü•• Dual Bi-Xenon FXR Retrofit

So we've had a lot of demand for the FXR retrofit, but never had anyone really want to pull the trigger on the "ultimate" setup.

Well, thanks to GE (initials of person) we've finally had a chance to perform this for someone.

Disassembled system - AL headlight.

Anything can be done custom. The FXR is only $150 + labor to put it in. Just send us the lights, we'll build it for you. It's probably between 8-12 hours, so about $50 per hour.

is it D2S? how much for ballasts and bulbs with the retro? do you leave the high beams in the 5.5gen alone or do you retro a projector into that?

D2S, correct.
We would leave the high beams alone.

It depends on the headlight, generally we charge for 4-5 hours of work at $250.

Ballasts and bulbs are $95 more.

You're linking to different projectors. They charge $145, we'll match or beat anyone's price on this.

Retrofit costs are expensive if you don't do it yourself.
We charge $250 for labor + shipping back and forth and any parts that may be required.

are your fx-r projectors supplied by trs or your own design, because it seems weird that another company would go through all the hassle to engineer the fx-r if TRS had already done all the dirty work a while back. just wondering.

They ate up the cost of designing a better retrofit friendly version of the very popular fx bixenons. I remember reading on hidplanet about the progress that they were making, and the poblems that came up. They may not have they themselves designed it, but they payed those who did, as ar as i know. Their supplier, and mass producer of this has all the right to sell it to anyone that is willing to buy it as long as whatever exclusivity agreement(if it existed) expires.
So you are right in that they are available to whomever wants to buy it. I do commend you for the great prices. Lowest i have seen so far

Thanks. But our supplier *claims* for what it's worth to have designed and made these many years before TRS, who know who is or isn't right here, in the end, it's all about the mass market.
